1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SwiftPOS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our software and services.
2. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. Administrator accounts must enforce role limits (1 Admin, 5 Cashiers).
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use SwiftPOS for any illegal transactions, fraudulent activities, or to bypass regulatory financial reporting requirements. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI logic is strictly prohibited.
4. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, SwiftPOS is a cloud-native platform dependent on internet connectivity. We are not liable for business interruptions caused by ISP failures or hardware malfunctions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our terminal services.
